• Trendify is a Print-on-Demand (POD) fashion brand that creates and sells custom-designed apparel and accessories.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Indemnification
