At Trendify, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and important information regarding Print-on-Demand orders.
1. Processing Time
- All products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).
- Orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing time may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order is processed and printed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship within Vietnam and selected international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (Vietnam):

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and size of the package
- Shipping destination
- Chosen shipping method
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value during promotions (announced on the website).
4. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your order through the link provided or on our website by logging into your account.
- For domestic orders, tracking is available via GHTK, GHN, J&T, or Vietnam Post.
- For international orders, tracking is provided through the respective international carrier.
5. Important Notes
- Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot combine separate orders placed at different times. Each order will be shipped separately.
- Delivery delays may occur during peak periods, customs inspection (for international orders), or due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost packages.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. International Orders & Customs
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain printed designs. Trendify is not liable for packages seized by customs.
