Thank you for shopping at Trendify. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
  • The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-designed products (made-to-order with your own design or name) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (wrong print, stitching error, etc.)
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our mistake

Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the print/design if the product matches the description and images shown on the website.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees (original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items only.
  • If you need a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order (subject to stock availability).

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@store.trendify.homes within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (including defect if any), and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label or instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to our return address (provided in the approval email).

Important: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized / custom print products
  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost) at no extra charge to you.

8. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will only cover the product price (excluding shipping and duties).

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
